The body shaping effects of egg white protein

Egg whites constitute roughly 60% of entire egg, and bundle in more than 50% of its nutrients, including proteins, vitamins and a fair quantity of Calcium (around 2 grams per egg). The high amount of proteins inside the egg whites (around 3 grams of protein per egg) quickly ensure a state of fullness, and this is one of the main reasons they are preferred in many diets, especially protein-based diets.

According to many health experts, the protein inside an egg-white is extremely complex and benefits the human organism without generating any side effects. Extensive tests performed over long periods of time have shown that this protein helps build and tonify the muscle tissue, while in the same time having an anti-inflammatory effect due to the presence of trypsine, which has a complex role against conditions such as arthritis.

Another interesting aspect worth mentioning is the fact that the egg white protein is gluten free, and lactose free, thus generating very few adverse reactions. Other medical statistics show that the egg white protein is the most easily absorbable type of protein, which is why it is highly appreciated in body building.

If you do decide to incorporate egg whites in your daily diet, the safest way is to boil an egg and separate the white from the yolk.
