The healthiest detoxification diet depends from person to person, but I am glad to offer some advice that fits your age and life style.

There is no need for nutritional supplements; the healthiest method is adopting a balanced diet combined with daily physical effort, consistent and progressive. Please use as much fiber as possible, approximately 28g daily for an efficient intestinal traffic. Good sources of fiber are whole grains used in moderation as: flakes (in combination with low fat dairy products), bread, and pasta. Another source of fiber are  vegetables, typical for spring, such as: orache, patience, spinach, and nettle.
